Over at the Hairpin, Esther Werdiger has a penned(?), scribed(?), drawn a comic about the end of her four years in Jerusalem.
It’s awfully difficult to excerpt a panel, but in it, she describes the dance parties, the familiarity of the small city, the warmth of her neighbors, the oddness of Israeli men, and the awesomeness of hot dog delivery service.
Anyone who has spent some time in Jerusalem might appreciate it or see the city through different eyes. Check it out.
