• Argentina’s President Cristina Fernandez defended her decision to set up a “truth commission” with Iran over the 1994 bombing of a Jewish community center in Buenos Aires that killed 85 people. Argentine courts (and basically everyone else) have blamed Iran for the attacks. [Haaretz]

• According to reports, Dell’s largest investor will oppose an attempt by the owner Michael Dell to take the company private again. [NYT]
