Today in Tablet Magazine, Benjamin Kerstein defends his alma mater, the Negev’s Ben-Gurion University, from the charges leveled by many on the right in Israel and elsewhere that it is a radical leftist institution dedicated to promoting the delegitimization of Israel. It is not a homogenous institution, and even the few left-wing professors who have been mentioned, according to Kerstein, have done nothing more offensive than simply state his beliefs.
