Meet Betty Sussman, 79, of Palm Beach, Florida. She works four days a week as an office manager at an ophthalmologist’s. Her real passion, though, is the work she does every Sunday morning as a volunteer “airport ambassador” at Palm Beach International. Dressed in a teal blazer and comfortable shoes, she welcomes visitors and directs them to restrooms, elevators, luggage carousels, and the like. Betty is the star of Monday’s editon of Vox Tablet. Don’t miss it.
