• The commander of Iran’s Cyber War headquarters was shot and killed near Tehran in what Iran is calling an assassination. [YNet]

• The Western Wall rabbi has asked Orthodox young women not to crowd the women’s section during Friday’s Rosh Chodesh service, a tactic designed to keep the Women of the Wall out of the area, citing increased security concerns at the holy site. [JTA]

• Britain’s Daily Mail has apologized for sending a reporter to Labour leader Ed Miliband’s late uncle’s memorial service, just days after Miliband responded passionately to an article in the newspaper accusing his immigrant father of being disloyal. [Jewish Chronicle]
