Cocktail #4 (a.k.a. Sharon Stone’s Cocktail)

From Doron Yaakobovitz, head mixologist, HaSadna – The Culinary Workshop and the Mahaneyuda restaurant group

50 ml (one shot) Campari
25 ml gin (he uses Heymans. Any will do.)
10 ml lime juice
10 ml lemon juice
shake with ice, pour in a glass

Foam (serves 4 cocktails):
2 egg whites
25 ml lemon juice
60 ml Drambuie
mix in whipped cream dispenser and spray on top of drink
